| Introduction | Having graduated college during the previous recession, I have spent my adult life in lackluster jobs having never have come close to a career. most of the years in were spent in small business which worked me to death and left me with nothing but a small check. A very good move I've made in my life was marrying my husband. I am so totally in love with him. He has given me the opportunity to reinvent myself and on the eve of turning 50 years old, I'm going back to school. So here I am, menopausal and going back to school to become a pasty chef. |
