|Introduction||By day, I work in marketing for a wellness school and by night I'm a blogging queen. I'm always a fit bottomed girl. I love me some yoga, running, tennis, strength training, hiking...you name it, I'll try it. Although I love the gym, I'm especially fond of workout DVDs involving Bob Harper (heart flutter). Although I hold certifications as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and lifestyle and weight management consultant, I'm more normal girl than fitness freak.
Current fitness goal: Running consistently. Because I have a bad case of workout ADD, this changes often.
Fitness confession: As much as I try, I just can't get into Pilates. And I think kettlebells are kind of ridiculous.
