| Introduction | I have been interested in Family History and Genealogy for many years. I enjoy hearing stories of my parents, grandparents and others in the family who I did not get to know. As I got older the people who could tell these stories also got older and many of them are now departed [not deported] to a far and better place. It now seems to be my turn to tell some of the stories, but first I must otain the written stories others have told so that I can become more familiar with our Family History. I must also look more closely at what is availble to me so that I can learn and present some of the interesting details that have been overlooked. My Sister Inez has given me the opporunity to look carefully at some of the records my Father Marion N Davidson kept which pertain to his occupation as a Railroad Locomotive Engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad. I would appreciate receiving histories you may have. |
