| Introduction | My love for culinary creations began at age 5 when I received my first Easy Bake Oven. I would bake side-by-side with my mother in the kitchen. As she baked regular-sized pies and cakes, she would save part of the ingredients/batter so I could make a mini-size in my Easy Bake. As an adult, I rarely bake. While I do enjoy it, "I have to refrain in order to maintain" (my weight, that is). I enjoy cooking immensely. I enjoy the creative process and trying new ingredients. I am neither a gourmet cook, nor a beginner. Please leave a comment if you try a recipe, especially if you make a change that you think improves the taste. I love to continuously tinker with even my "tried and true" recipes and I learn new techniques or try new ingredients. |
