About me

Introduction	We are Henk & Margreet DenOudsten. We emigrated to Canada from the Netherlands in 1984. Prior to that we were in Cameroon, West Africa, with Wycliffe Bible Translators (www.wycliffe.ca). Later, from 1990-1997, with our family of three sons, we worked in support roles with that same organization in Nairobi, Kenya. With our passion for Bible translation and literacy continuing, we worked as volunteers with Wycliffe for three months each time: 2007 - Cameroon; 2008 - Southern Sudan; 2009 and 2011- Solomon Islands; 2010 and 2012- in different locations in Chad, Central Africa. In the intervening years we made our way four more times to the Solomons and one year saw us in Senegal and South Africa. For 2019 we are in Vanuatu. Our home church is First Baptist Church, Armstrong, BC (www.fbcarmstrong.org)
