| Introduction | I am currently the director at the Hobson City Public Library (Alabama's oldest incorporated African-American city) and am also pursuing certification as a Behavior Analyst. I have worked as a guidance counselor, teacher and administrator at the junior high, high school and college level. I graduated from the University of Florida with my BS in Psychology and a BA in Sociology and an M. Ed from Penn State. I am the co-author of "That's Life With Autism" (2006, Jessica Kingsley Publisher) and I am the mother of Logan (9), Asa (8) and Adria (5). My husband Jared is a band director at Munford High School (formerly at White Plains). I volunteer at Anniston High School in the Welcome Center and at Anniston Middle School in the Class Act Program. I tutor student athletes in sociology at JSU and in my free time sporadically enjoy being in productions with C.A.S.T. |
