Introduction	All my life I have been fascinated by pregnancy and birth! As a holistic health practitioner and Hypnobabies Instructor , I have the opportunity to empower women and their birth partners with the knowledge of how to connect the mind and body. I also have the honor and privilege to be present at one of the most sacred moments in their lives! I am excited to provide birthing women with physical, emotional and informational support for childbirth, whether the birth takes place in a hospital, home or birth center. It is so exciting to see couples use the Hypnobabies techniques to create the birth they want to have, and continue using the techniques far after they have given birth!
