| Introduction | I stumbled upon my career in custom publishing more than 19 years ago, I enjoy working closely with organizations and self-publishers on the development, manufacturing, and marketing details for their custom cookbooks. I have been intricately involved in more than a dozen award-winning cookbooks. My true passion is for the community cookbook and was the driving force behind Recipes Worth Sharing (FRP Publishing; 2008.) My mission is for the community cookbook to thrive in this time of celebrity chefs and take-out restaurants. I love cooking from and working in my vegetable garden, traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time at the ball park cheering on my son’s baseball team. I live on a small farm in Collierville, Tennessee, with my husband, Farmer Jim, son, English bulldog named Nutmeg, cat, five goats, and over-producing peach tree. |
