Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Depends on if you're talking about my legs or my pants! :-) I think expanding your mind is important, to open yourself to new ideas, but you have to be flexible in order to expand, so I'm going to go with BOTH. I'm mostly a fence-sitter, so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone
