| Introduction | After a series of life altering changes I decided it was time to get to the bottom of reason. What I thought was a journey about healing has turned into a journey about spiritual awakenings and transformation. I do not claim to have all the answers, I do not claim to be a teacher. On the contrary, I am just a student. I am learning as I go. What I DO know is this: MY life has become a more joyful, peaceful, happier place of residence on this earth. I DO know MY life is in continuous transformation and it will only get better. I DO know that there is no need to run around filled with anxiety, lost and afraid. I DO know there is more than what the physical eyes see. I DO know that there is an abundance of peace, joy, love and ultimate freedom available to anyone who is willing to change their ways of thinking and extend/expand their own minds, hearts and spirits.
