Introduction	Heather Hardcastle is the baker and owner of Flour Craft Bakery in San Rafael, CA. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America’s Baking and Pastry Program. She is a longtime vegetarian and more recently has added sustainable seafood to her dietary preferences. Both her sweet and savory recipes are reflective of her healthy, seasonal approach to everyday eating and cooking. Heather's overall goal is to create ‘elegantly organic’ food using simple & fresh ingredients. Quite simply, she loves to feed people!
