Introduction	I was born and raised in Kansas and moved to California when I was 16 and later to Texas. I have been painting since I was about 15 but really got going in my fifties. I am an oil painter and watercolorist of landscapes, seascapes and flowers. My family and friends are most important to me. I retired from the State of Texas and love being retired now that I have more time to paint and to spend time with family and friends. I am now a very happy vegetarian.

You can whistle and steam can whistle, so why do you sing in the shower?

I sing in the shower because it sounds so much better than when I sing in the car.
