| Introduction | After years in the Engineering industry. I now spend my days caring for my wife who has cronic back problems. I don't want people's sympathy but it does mean I do have time to research and try new things. Gardening ,Food and food preserving are my subjects of choice.The allotment provides the Great food,so I had to find ways to be able to make it available all year round. This and my own brand of home spun philosophy and personal politics. Here's one for you, All the hype aside about banking, terrorism and global warming, I don't want to down play these problems but I see over population as the real challenge that no one want to tackle.
