| Introduction | Quite a name, isn’t it? Don’t know where I picked it up but it seemed to describe me very well. Indian added to geekiness (beer, beer, more beer, only beer) gave me an identity -- One of belonging to India & thus being in a different enviroment that has unique challenges when it comes to brewing at home. I have been brewing since early 2006 and have done many, many batches. Thought it was time to share the knowledge.
