| Introduction | I'm Bai, a few months ago I got married to my sweets of 3 years, he is smart, handsome, and calls me cute instead of crazy. So now we are Bailey & Britton Broderick. We have two kittens "Nox" and his little sister "Dobby". Nox is a fluffy giant who doesn't like to be touched or snuggled unless you have food, and Dobby will meow herself hoarse trying to get 24/7 snuggles. I decided to start this blog for many reasons. The first is after much consideration and research Brit and I have decided to switch to the vegan lifestyle, I want to use the blog to share our experience, our honest ups and downs in cutting out all meat and dairy. When I met Britton 3 years ago he was a meat and potatoes only guy. Over the years I've been able to introduce some veggies to him but he still makes a funny face when eating them, so it will be quite the journey. I also want to use the blog to share recipes and ideas to help promote a healthy lifestyle through eating. I believe that many diseases can be controlled and prevented through a healthy diet and exercise and I want to help people learn how to start building a foundation for a healthy life in the kitchen. |
