Introduction	I love to cook yet do not cook as often as I like. My daughter is grown and on her own and my husband describes himself as someone who eats to live. One Christmas I began a family cookbook as a gift for our two daughters; a friend's request for a remembered recipe of mine that neither of us had made for years was the genesis of this blog.
