| Introduction | I'm a 40 something woman, married for 18 years, no children. I have 2 cats and a spoiled dog. I like to do outdoor things and the dog comes along. (well what else does she have to do)? I'm a health coach (advising on nutrition and lifestyle); a runner; a practioner of yoga and a music lover. I have lost and kept off over 50 pounds.
