| Introduction | At the young age of 21, Randy Sobel brings to the world his blog featuring Independent Atlantic League Baseball Team, The Long Island Ducks. Here you'll be able to read up on post-game reports following many Ducks games, and every month they'll be a summary on the entire teams progression. Randy works as a radio engineer for WNYG, the Long Island Duck Radio Home. He is a senior at Five Towns College in Dix Hills, NY studying broadcast. Randy also has background in Film, Theatre, and Radio. Along with fellow student, and Newark Bears' beat writer Mark Krulish, Randy hosts a weekly Sports Round-Up on Five Towns College radio station WFTU as well as a 3 hour Baseball program every Thursday night. You can tune into WFTU Sports Round-Up every Monday and Friday from 4 pm - 5 pm and WFTU Baseball every Thursday from 9pm til midnight, only on www.wfturadio.com. Randy loves to root for his Ducks, but he is a big fan of all professional teams as well. The teams he follows include the New York Mets, New York Jets, New York Rangers, Syracuse Orange Basketball, Virginia Tech Hoakie Football, and The Legendary but non-existing Brooklyn Dodgers. |
