| Introduction | During November of 2012 I am traveling in Australia and Taiwan on an Eisenhower Fellowship to study different approaches to managing urban transportation systems and infrastructure and the development of waste to energy projects. Other months, I work as Chief of Staff in the Philadelphia's Mayor's Office of Transportation and Utilities (MOTU). The office is responsible for the on-street transportation network, sanitation and recycling, the Philadelphia International Airport, the Philadelphia Water Department, the city's energy policy and procurement, and the City's relationships with owners of significant infrastructure. |
