Introduction	I'm a wife, mother, full time employee,Science Olympiad Coach and a runner....I also suffer from Heart Disease. Diagnosed with Heart Disease in 2009 I was told to exercise, I chose running as I pictured the blood pumping through my blocked artery and "washing it away".....I continue to fight heart problems...and continue to run!
