| Introduction | Senior Consultant at METRI. At METRI I am advising the top 500 companies in Europe to get a grip on the costs of their IT and to provide them with an understanding of the costs of their IT components compared to the industry. To provide that understanding I am performing IT benchmarks at External and Internal IT Service Providers and Internal Service Providers. Scope of the benchmark advice concerns both the infrastructure and application domain. This also includes fact-based advising for sourcing deals and regular price-alignment contract benchmarks. I am a regular speaker on international conferences on the pricing, valuing and estimating of IT projects and services.
