| Introduction | I am a single, proud mom in my 30's. I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis/possibly seronegative RA in 2008. Meds I tried for RA were methotrexate, Arava, prednisone, and Lodine. I later took antibiotic therapy for a few months, but what I have found that helped me the most was diet change. My whole life has completely changed by cutting out gluten, dairy, and limiting sugar. This has worked for me. It may not work for everyone, but I certainly think it's worth a try :) |
