Introduction	Raleigh International is a youth development charity which enables young people of all backgrounds and nationalities to develop skills and self-confidence in a fun and challenging environment beyond the classroom or workplace. The charity runs two core programmes: Motive8 in the UK for vulnerable young people, and overseas programmes worldwide. Participants take part in a community project, an environment project and an adventure challenge.
