She also serves as the Executive Director of the Women in Tribal Arts Aassociation. Schwarz is a bestselling author of six books on creativity and the future from such major publishers as Harper Collins. Her books have sold more than 3/4 million copies internationally and have been translated into Italian, Chinese, Dutch and other languages. Schwarz serves as a consultant in the areas of the arts, emerging media and technology. She has been the co-recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts Grant and has received grants from the California Arts Council and from the Colorado Women's Foundation.
