| Introduction | Hello, Welcome to my world of kids, cowboys and combat boots. The cowboys would be my roughrider cowboy husband and my kiddos. Combat Boots, that's my husband too. If the cowboy boots come off it's Soldier time aka National Guard time ... Combat Boots, ACU's, DROOL!! I've had a few people tell me I really should start one of these bloggy thingys. Could be because I'm living out on the Northern Prairie of North Dakota and this vast openess is unreal to some people. Could be because as a military wife, active duty before and now Guard that I've really been through the ups and downs and many things inbetween. I'm really thinking partly it's they get their jollys out of the fact I'm the only female at my house, a roughrider cowboy/soldier husband , 3 sons and even the two dogs are males. Can we say testosterone poisening. I wouldn't change my life for anything, Though it is quite different considering I was an east coast southern girl. Anyway... Welcome! | Interests | cooking, baking, my 3 little cowboys and my 1 big cowboy/soldier, I'm a country mama through and through so no stories of me crying because I got dirty or broke a nail, but plenty of gardening, some farming, and lots of lots of outdoor fun. But, I do still have a bit of a soft girly side, specially when it comes to my kids or my military/firefighting/cowboy husband. |
