| Introduction | Welcome! I'm a Half-Breed Outlaw.My husband, Neil, is not.That makes our children Nile, Pilar, Frank, and Anders one quarter-breed outlaws. Or three-quarters breed outlaws. Depending on how you look at it. Hailing from the great states of Virginia (me) and Arizona (him), we spent 2 of our first years of marriage in Buenos Aires, Argentina, followed by 3 years in Gaborone, Botswana. Then 3 years in Bern, Switzerland, 1.5 years in Washington, D.C., 4.5 years in Chisinau, Moldova, and 2 years in Jerusalem, Israel — July 2023-July 2025. We returned to Bern in July 2025!
