| Introduction | I'm a mom of 4 girls who works full time outside the home as a park ranger. My days are filled with dance rehersals, soccer practices, 4H meetings and taking kids to and from school. I have recently gotten back into fitness after playing water polo and swimming in high school and doing very little exercise after that. I ran my first half marathon in January 2012 and I am officially hooked! I will be running at least 2 more halfs in 2012. Maybe 2013 will bring a full... |
