| Introduction | Hi there, I'm Perry, currently in the final year of an English BA at Exeter University. I'm continuing to do a Master's next year. I did French and Spanish for two years at the same university so, as you can imagine, I'm pretty sick of it. I hate to define myself just as a student and the intolerable sense of smug entitlement that goes along with that label. I've encountered a lot of stupid people at university and a lot of otherwise clever people who are nonetheless dicks. It has however given me the opportunity to a lot of ridiculous things that I never would have thought possible. Ultimastely my life is as complicated and fucked up as everyoe else's, but I'm feeling positive now for the first time in a long time so that's something :) |
