Introduction | I am involved in the Nanotechnology Applications in Supercapacitors Research (Power Sources) at the Department of Electrical and Electronics in collaboration with the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, University of Nottingham in both UK and Malaysia. It is part of the green technology research group to find efficient energy storage device for renewable energy sources. In my research, I characterise the physical, electrical, and electrochemical properties of nanostructured metal oxides and carbon nanotubes composites to determine their viability as electrode materials for supercapacitors (power sources). I hold two bachelors from the University of Western Australia, i.e. an engineering degree in the field of Electrical & Electronics and a Commerce degree with triple majors in Investment Finance, Accounting & Managerial Accounting. My PhD from the University of Nottingham is in the area of carbon nanotubes composites, electrical power storage, electrochemistry, and supercapacitors. I enjoy traveling to new places, learning new cultures and meeting people. For information about my education/work experience please click on the LinkedIn hyperlink below. |
