| Introduction | I'm a Medical Technologist, that loves cooking and paper crafting. I currently live in Texas with my chocolate mixed "Italian Greyhound", Roxie, and long-haired calico, Callie. In my spare time I love to take cooking classes at the Central Market in the Dallas/Plano TX area. This blog is a review of recipes I am reviewing from a new book by Grace Young, "Stir-Frying to the Sky's Edge. The group I'm doing this with is on a blog called Wok Wednesdays. We are starting on May 16th, 2012. We'll be cooking one recipe every other Wednesday until all recipes have been reviewed and tested. |
