Introduction	I am not an athlete...not exactly anyway. I have finished 10k's, Half Marathons, Marathons, and all distances of Triathlon including Ironman Canada (Except Ultraman...So Far) One thing about these sports is I have a lot of time to think...and I mean a lot of time. So I will write these thoughts down, along with some of my training info if my mind can retain enough to make an entry :)
