| Introduction | My husband, John, says "You're happiest when you are traveling..." He’s right. I might even go further and say my love of travel is an “addiction" especially since I’ve positioned my life for lots of travel. My work finds me in many locations around the U.S for several weeks at a time. My play can take me anywhere. When I'm not traveling, I'm planning my next trip…constantly dreaming of the next beach, resort, wine tour, land adventure, or cruise. I’m not necessarily particular in my destinations. But I’m particular in the best deal. I spend much of my spare time searching internet sites for a great find. The less expensive the experience, the more I can go. Traveling is my passion and my bucket list is HUGE. Unless you have this addiction, you may not understand the sense of urgency one has in trying to see the world. After all, there is so much to see…and so little time. |
| Interests | Travel, travel, and more travel. But when I'm not traveling, I love to read, garden, walk...spend time with friends and family. |
| Favorite Movies | Shirley Valentine, Sound of Music, The Notebook, Gone With the Wind, Blindside, ...I love either laughing movies or love stories. I don't watch frightening movies. |
| Favorite Music | Mellow music...currently, I listen to John Mayer, James Blunt, Taylor Swift, and James Taylor as well as some country artists: Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride, and The Dixie Chicks. I love a wide variety of easy-listening music where I can understand the words to the songs. |
| Favorite Books | Eat, Pray, Love....this book spoke to my heart. As I read, I would stop and torture my husband with tidbits. I would love to live this book! The Wealthy Barber, Your Money or Your Life, The Relunctant Tuscan, Sex Lives of Cannibals, and many, many more. |
