| Introduction | Born in New Haven, CT, Kawehi Evans first picked up a camera at age 10. She took photographs of anything and everything that interested her. Mostly her cat and dogs were her main focus. She now spends time shooting portraits of friends, family, people with their dogs, and people that interest her. She is known to be down-to-earth, shy when she is first meeting someone, and very head-strong when she is working. She loves to be around people with different personalities. The bigger the personality, the greater the outcome of the photo and photo shoot. She looks for the emotions of the people she is photographing. Kawehi is a playful photographer when using intense lighting when taking portraits in the studio or outside. She is caring and loud when she is behind the camera, photographer who the editorial and commercial worlds should keep an eye on. She loves to mix up her photography by using her portraits as part of an advertisement. |
