Introduction	Ash Anwar completed his BSc (Hons) in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University in 2008. Following the completion of his BSc (Hons) at SFU, Ash has worked as a teaching assistant for the Dept of Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology where he gained a keen interest for teaching at the university level. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Experimental Medicine at the University of British Columbia under the supervision of Dr. Jane Roskams. Ash aspires to continue to mold keen minds through teaching and perform research at the university level.
