Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Why would a fish need a bicycle? They can't even sit up right to get on one. Its rather sad really. They don't even have shins or actual legs, how are they gonna move their bike? Exactly, I don't know how. So to give a bike to a fish would make no logical sense in any way so there for fish do not need bikes.Oh and they dont have thumbs to grab the handles.
