| Introduction | I began writing this blog as a personal commentary on current affairs for the executives and senior managers of my company where I serve as the Vice Chairman of the Board. As such, I make no claim to objectivity. It is an editorial, although I do research an issue to make sure I have the facts correct. As for me, I have two undergraduate engineering degrees, and as my career unfolded, I got an MBA and later a Ph.D. I'm near the end of that career now and focus primarily on developing new ventures for our company, which is a portfolio of companies. Throughout my life I've been an avid reader and student of history. |
