| Introduction | I am a mother of 5 (20-28), step-mom of 10, and grandma of 4. I received my CA RN licensure in February 2007 and my CCRN in February 2009. I have currently embarked on an educational reconnaissance mission to gain experience as a traveling RN and am working nights primarily in ICU settings. My traveling companion is my husband who is a Respiratory Care Practitioner. I am currently enrolled in an online RN to MSN program through Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and am majoring in nursing education. I will receive my BSN en route in this latest endeavor. I am very thankful for the support and understanding shown me by my family and friends. I enjoy tutoring and helping others because I really understand the difficulties of learning. I have had to overcome many learning obstacles myself, by figuring out alternative ways of learning and can relate well with academic frustrations. I like to listen to how other people think and I have learned much from those that I have been with in study groups, at school, online and in the clinical setting. My goal is to always learn something new every single day for the rest of my life. |

| Favorite Movies | Sci-Fi, Sappy Love stories, Epic Adventures, or any movie with a twisted plot that requires deep thinking to try and figure it out (like Sixth Sense or Matrix). My most favorite movies are the ones that had endings that I didn't see coming (there are not too many of those). |

| Favorite Books | Anything Nursing, Medical or Physiology related, Fictional Mysteries, Fantasy, Sci-fi, Written Music Collections, Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Gardening and Humor (Erma Bombeck style). |
