| Introduction | The Mom Hi, I’m Chesca, and welcome to my blog, Young.Mom.Love. As a new wife and mom, my passion is in taking care of my family. I love spending time with my husband and son, going out, dining in new places, or window shopping. At home, I’m either reading, cooking or organizing stuff. I love being with my husband even if we don’t agree on a lot of things. I love everything about being a mom, even the icky parts. I always say that I became a mom the moment the pregnancy test read positive! I gave birth on October 11, 2011. I’ve got a Bachelor of Science in Family Life and Child Development, UP Diliman, and was a preschool teacher for 3 years. As serendipity would have it, the school directress decided to close the school when I was on the mama-way. My husband and I decided it was best that I just focus on my health and the baby. The Blog Young.Mom.Love is my story: Tales of a new mom and the things I’m learning, discovering and loving. It’s also a diary of my baby Z’s moments and milestones. And it’s a collection of thoughts and questions that new moms like me face every day. I hope you’ll join me as I put together these bits and pieces of new motherhood. Chesca |
