| Introduction | Hi! My name is Tanya Baker. Ever since I was little I wanted to work with children. I used to force my little sister to play school with me and always loved being the "teacher". I have an associates in psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development. I am currently going to school online for a dual degree in elementary education and special education. I have always worked with younger children, and hope that I can have the opportunity to work with yours! I have 3 children of my own. My oldest son is almost 8, he has Autsim and ADHD, I have a 6 year old daughter with developmental delays and ADHD, I also have a 2 year old daughter, she has a speech delay. Because all three of my children have developmental delays, I am very comfortable working with children with similar delays. I have had a lot of training in ABA (applied behavior analysis) and other therapy methods. I know that ALL children depend and thrive on routine and consistency, that is what I strive for in my daycare/preschool. We will play, learn, socialize, have fun, and explore.
