| Introduction | I became a Christian at a young age, and grew up hearing about the gospel of Christ. I learned a lot and was stretched by my youth pastor, a summer event known as the Houston Project that I participated in for 9 years and going to college at Southwest Baptist University. These events shaped me and made me love God more in different ways. After graduating through some crazy events that can only be the Lord I moved to the DFW area and stumbled across The Village Church. I felt at home as soon as I walked in and have been here ever since. Through another series of random events that can only be the Lord I joined the staff and met my husband. I've been married to Eric Bowman for a little over a year and it is fantastic! When I look back at my life so far I am so thankful for the things that God has taught me and the things that I have had to go through in order to arrive at this place. I will never doubt the Lord's sovereignty just from how intricately he has worked in my own life. |
