Wife of Tyler the Maintenance Man of my dreams for 12 years, Mom to Olivia, Kylie, Chandler & SJ our four crazies 9, 8, 7, and 4, Friend, Fitness Coach and Farmer who enjoys the outdoors living on a little farm which is part of a Christian Camp and Conference Center we serve with in Central, PA. I have a God given & driven passion for complete mind, body, soul & spirit health and a desire to share all God has been challenging and growing me in with any and all who will take a moment to chat. I've gone from barely getting by to abundant life because of the grace and love of my Savior Jesus Christ and feel compelled by that love to spill out the better life He offers to all.
