Introduction	I am a 39 year-old husband of 16 years and father of three wonderful kids. I am a Christian, trusting only in the Lord Jesus Christ for my salvation. My passions are writing and the "Great Outdoors". My desire is to share how God speaks to me through the beauty of his creation, particularly in the outdoor settings of Colorado. I love to get up in the high country for fishing, hunting, and backpacking. My blog name, Word from the Wild, is from an idea I thought of while reading "In Pursuit of God" by A.W. Tozer. Tozer comments in this book how God is eternally and continuously speaking. His Word flows freely through everything that we see and hear of His creation. So, as God reveals Himself to me through the medium of the outdoors, I would like to share these thoughts with you.
