Introduction	I'm a gal from Texas who decided in 2009 to take a cake decorating class from Wilton. Since taking 3 classes I am all about cakes, cupcakes, and decorating. Some days it is all I think about while trying to be a mommy and wife to an amazing local artist. I am always thinking up new and silly ways to make my baking unique and different. I love the process of baking and hope to continue my adventures through this blog.
