| Introduction | Hello Everyone, I am Priya Sharma,an MBA in HR from FORE School.I have two years of experience in HR. I have been associated with ICICI bank Ltd. as Asst Manager HR since December 2011.Earlier I have worked in manufacturing and retail sector. During my tenure I have got exposure in various HR verticals and similarities and differences in Service and Manufacturing Sector.For me its not the personality which follows in through a situation but the situation that polishes ones personality and character.I believe in understanding Why? before judging on What has happened. |
