Introduction	I am living in Tennessee and enjoying the randomness that life has turned out to be. I have decided to take control of myself and my life since things got a little out of hand and my health started to fall. I opted to try to get healthy and in shape, knit, paint, read.... all to keep me busy and make life as interesting as can be. Thus far it has been interesting and varied to say the least.
