| Introduction | I think I feel in love with movies when I was about 8 years old, and I had just gotten off of The Great Movie Ride in MGM Studios, now Hollywood Studios, in Disney World. Sitting in the movie cart, I was captivated by the host conductor who guided us through decades of different styles of movies. It was the lights, the glamour, humor, horror, music, sets and costumes that allowed the fascination with movies to begin. From this point forward, I have enjoyed movies that I can sing along with, tear at, laugh at, be scared or simply smile at the end. There is only one movie that remains to encompass all of these elements for me; that movie The Wizard of Oz. This has always been one of my favorite movies and even to this day, I enjoy nothing more then laying in bed and watching that classic film. |
