Introduction	::Cinnamon, the brown bark of the cinnamon tree, is a common spice for cooking and baking, it is also well known for its healing properties. Cinnamon is regarded for its medicinal properties for everything from blood sugar control to aiding food digestion. Cinnamon is one of the oldest known spices, in fact it has been reported that in ancient Egypt, cinnamon was once more valuable than gold.:: ::I can be extremely spicy, but sweet at the same time. And I am always reminded that I am in a lot of instances- wise beyond my years. Along with my reddish undertones, loving and warm disposition I am definitely a hot commodity and worth my weight in gold....::
