| Introduction | Hi, I am an attorney in the Netherlands. I have practised as a lawyer for 35 years, and have gained extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, particularly legal proceedings in the Netherlands with an international dimension. As a lawyer in the Netherlands, my practice used to focus on Dutch - and international commercial contracting and liability issues, including giving strategic advice and conducting litigation (before practically all the Dutch courts) and arbitration. I also acted as arbitrator and mediator. In 2021, I have founded the Dutch Law Institute. This Institute is an independent centre of expertise in the areas of Netherlands contract law, Netherlands employment law, Dutch corporate law and law in the Netherlands. |
