Introduction	I've been a runner since the seventh grade, ran for New Philadelphia High School, North Carolina State and Kent State. Always been running just not competing except for a few occasional road races in the summers. 2008 was the year of my return to competition and beyond. Ultrarunning has entered my life and I'm loving it! I'm going to try and make a name for myself in the ultrarunning community.
Interests	I have 3 beautiful children, Allison 8, Patrick 6 and Gavin 3. I enjoy Running, Trail running, Ultra running, Road biking, Line dancing, and soon to be mountain biking, triathlons and adventure racing
