Introduction	Valérie Ann Lambo is a Filipino journalist, writer, photojournalist, personal blogger and lecturer. She is best known for her work as field reporter and photojournalist who covers Central Mindanao for The Mindanao Cross, a local newspaper based in Cotabato City. She is also a contributor to Rappler and Mindanews. In 2017, she joined Manila Bulletin as a correspondent. She is currently a freelance writer. Val is passionate about the role that the community play in building fair, balance and accurate citizen journalism.
